Job description

In our factory in Fałkowo we are currently looking for FP&A Analyst.

Main Tasks
  • Business partnership for the Maxcess organization with focus on sales and production for all Maxcess brands.
  • Travels to the factories in Germany (approximately 1-2 times a year).
  • Working in the EMEA team with daily alignments
  • Analysis on Sales, Order Intakes, COGS, SG&A, Capex etc.
  • Calculating budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Establishing metrics to measure operational performance
  • Supporting accounting with calculations
  • Create various ad-hoc analytics
  • Escalates any financial issues to management
  • Collaborates with senior managers in the accounting and finance team across each of the EMEA region
Requirements
  • High flexibility, ability to work in a high dynamic business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or similar
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (in special Excel)
  • Manufacturing company experience is an asset
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and work closely with a team at the same time
  • Hyperion or OneStream knowledge is an asset
  • Good Knowledge and experience in working with ERP system
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) – B2 level
  • Willingness to travel (a few times per year)
  • Ability to work in virtual teams
