You will lead the design and maintenance of robust backend systems, focusing on modern Python/FastAPI stacks. Ideal candidates will have strong backend engineering experience, especially with AWS services, and the ability to mentor others. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Staff Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Architect.
• Strong systems thinking and sound backend architecture judgment.
• Ability to relocate to Northern Virginia/DC.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust backend systems for Neuroscale AI's platform.
• Build and scale REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Deploy and maintain backend services on AWS.
