Job summary

BCG X в Варшаве ищет инженера по искусственному интеллекту для разработки и развёртывания масштабируемых AI-решений в партнерстве с клиентами по всему миру.

Вы будете работать в кросс-функциональных командах, взаимодействовать с клиентами, публиковать исследования и представлять BCG X на конференциях. Требуется магистр/PhD и сильные навыки английского.

Qualifications

• Применение практик разработки ПО для создания надёжного и поддерживаемого ПО.
• Участие на всех этапах процесса разработки ПО.
• Опыт наставления не технических команд и консультантов в лучших практиках разработки ПО.
• Оптимизация и повышение вычислительной эффективности алгоритмов и дизайна ПО.
• Мотивация работать в быстром темпе, сервисно-ориентированной среде и взаимодействие с клиентами.
• Умение работать в разнообразных командах и делиться идеями по дизайну ПО.
• Способность к решению проблем и любознательность в разных областях.
• Отличные устные и письменные навыки на английском языке (C1/C2).
• Степень магистра или докторантура в соответствующей области.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и внедрять современные аналитические решения и алгоритмы.
• Соблюдать и внедрять лучшие практики разработки ПО во взаимодействии с клиентами.
• Вести коммуникацию с техническими и нетехническими стейкхолдерами по проектам.
• Оптимизировать вычислительную эффективность и дизайн программного обеспечения.
• Участвовать в подготовке материалов и представлять исследования на конференциях.

Our AI Engineers and Senior AI Engineers are part of our rapidly growing engineering team and help to build the next generation of AI solutions. You’ll have the chance to partner with clients in a variety of BCG regions and industries, and on key topics like climate change, enabling them to design, build, and deploy new and innovative solutions. Additional responsibilities will include developing and delivering thought leadership in scientific communities and papers as well as leading conferences on behalf of BCG X.

• Enjoy collaborating in diverse teams to share software design and solution ideas
• A natural problem-solver and intellectually curious across a breadth of industries and topic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Czech/Slovak and English (C1/C2)
• Master's degree or PhD in relevant field of study
