What you will do
  • Manage and support partner sign-up and onboarding processes
  • Communicate with partners through email
  • Maintain accurate partner records in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ensure timely follow-up and smooth collaboration between internal teams and partners
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partner engagement and cooperation
What you need to succeed in this role
  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail (spotless writing and structure)
  • Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Channel Partnerships
  • Experience in partner onboarding or partner sign-up
  • Ability to quickly learn internal tools and follow established processes
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive partner relationships
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
Will be a great plus
  • Experience in SaaS or tech environment
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting / tracking partner pipeline
