Roche in Poznań is seeking a Custom Software Developer within Pharma Technical Development to contribute to the full software lifecycle for clinical and manufacturing processes. You will build and maintain digital solutions, integrate internal platforms, and ensure code quality in a regulated biotech environment.

You will work across design, coding, testing, and deployment, collaborating with feature owners and tech leads.

Qualifications

• Active project contributor in software engineering.
• Understanding of software validation and regulatory frameworks (GxP).
• Independent development planning and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Scope / Content Leadership: design, code, test, deploy web apps and microservices for PTD.
