Job summary

Kingfa Sci.&Tech. Co., Ltd. in Poland is seeking a recent graduate to join our Asset Management team. You will support budget tracking, asset capitalization, depreciation, and accounts payable entries under supervision.

You will learn the end-to-end asset lifecycle from budgeting to retirement, work with a global team, and develop accuracy and data skills. English fluency is required (CEFR B2).

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in financial accounting.
• Proficiency in using computers and office software.
• Basic understanding of asset management and willingness to learn the full process from budgeting, procurement, inventory, and depreciation to asset retirement.
• Meticulous, thorough, and patient with strong learning abilities and data attention.
• Fluent in English (CEFR B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Budget execution and procurement follow-up: review requests, track orders and contracts, keep procurement within plan.
• Asset acceptance and accounting: oversee asset acceptance, entry into system, create asset cards, begin depreciation accrual.
• Asset payments and accounting: manage payment cycle for assets, initiate payments, track progress, record entries.
• Asset retirement and disposal: oversee transfers, retirement, and sales with proper reviews and accounting.
• Asset inventory and physical-to-book management: organize inventories, handle variances, ensure asset security.
• Capitalization of construction in progress: approve, track progress, allocate costs for capitalization.
• Report preparation and analysis: prepare asset management reports and analyze depreciation and efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in financial management / accounting or related field
