The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development and strong Java/Spring expertise, with AI/tooling familiarity. The role emphasizes scalable real-time systems, secure design, and collaboration with product and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in software development.
• Experience in a technical leadership role (Team Leader/Tech Lead).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Backend, Mobile, QA, Product).
• Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework.
• Experience designing backend and client architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary team including Backend, Mobile, QA and Product.
• Own end-to-end development of key financial product areas.
• Plan technically, define roadmaps, and coordinate execution.
• Make and review architectural decisions.
• Mentor developers and establish engineering standards.
