Job summary

A global supplier risk analysis firm in Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolia is looking for a Financial Analyst to analyze supplier financial data, develop risk assessment models, and engage with suppliers. Join us and help shape a new standard in supplier financial risk analysis! Our client is currently building a new department responsible for comprehensive assessments of supplier financial health. We are looking for someone who not only feels at home working with numbers but can also draw meaningful conclusions, build risk assessment models, and engage in insightful conversations with key partners.

What will your responsibilities include?
Analyzing suppliers’ financial data
  • Reviewing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
  • Comparing year-over-year data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions
  • Evaluating cost structure (fixed vs. variable costs) and financial stability
Developing risk assessment models
  • Creating bankruptcy risk indicators based on D&B reports and data
  • Preparing individual scorecards for high-risk suppliers
  • Providing decision-making support for procurement teams and senior management
Collaborating with suppliers
  • Assessing financial credibility and identifying potential risks
Our Ideal Candidate Has
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, or risk management
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and the ability to interpret financial statements
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large datasets
  • Independence, initiative, and readiness to operate in an environment where procedures need to be built from scratch
