Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in General Accounting or Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tagetik, Blackline) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under IFRS.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, GA and Front Office to gather financial data and ensure proper accounting classification.
• Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements and tax filings.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring data integrity.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and participate in finance-related projects.
• Develop, implement, and support improvements in accounting processes and procedures.
• Monitor changes in accounting regulations, standards, and best practices.
