Job summary

Orange is seeking a Financial Reporting & Data Quality Specialist (French speaker) to own a portfolio of strategic financial reports and dashboards. You will ensure data reliability, lead quality improvements, and support adoption across Finance, Business, and IT teams.

As the functional owner, you will drive incident resolution, governance, and user training while delivering high-quality insights to stakeholders in a hybrid work environment in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling, Financial Analysis, BI, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, management accounting principles, and KPIs.
• Fluency in French and English, with French used daily.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on or strong working knowledge of BI/data modeling tools (Power BI/Power Query).
• Experience with business stakeholders in reporting or analytics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle) and automated data flows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor availability, performance, and data quality of financial reports and dashboards.
• Perform first-level analysis and controls to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Role Overview:

As a Financial Reporting & Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic financial reports and dashboards, ensuring their reliability, data quality, and effective use across the organization.

You will serve as a key link between business users, Finance teams, and technical experts, supporting report adoption, issue resolution, and the continuous improvement of reporting solutions. As the functional owner of your reporting portfolio, you will play an important role in ensuring operational continuity and delivering high-quality insights to Finance stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling, Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, management accounting principles, and financial KPIs.
• Fluency in both French and English, with French used on a daily basis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of modern BI and data modeling tools: Power BI, Power Query, or equivalent platforms (or strong demonstrated willingness and capacity to learn rapidly).
• Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and provide meaningful business insights.
• Experience working with business stakeholders in a reporting, support, or analytical environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and automated data flows is a plus.
