LSEG is seeking a Financial Modelling and Conversion Associate in Gdynia, Poland. This client-facing role supports Refinitiv Excel Add-in products, assisting clients across financial institutions worldwide.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and Sales specialists, prepare bespoke analyses in Excel, and help with migrations and data conversions, contributing to a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Intermediate experience in using Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge about financial markets from past roles or studies.
• Attention to detail and data handling skills.
• Customer-focused approach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare custom analyses in Microsoft Excel/Refinitiv apps per client requests.
• Collaborate with sales teams on migrations and new revenue opportunities.
• Plan and perform migrations for large financial institutions focusing on models and data conversions.
• Create data presentations and address functionality inquiries.
• Provide high-level support via telephone and email.
