Financial Data Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Creating Power BI Dashboards
• Automatingof financial reports
• Supporting Finance team with data supply
• Preparing other ad‑hoc analysis on a regular basis
• Automating and continuously improve mass workflow processes
• Developing AI in Finance

Our requirements

• Experience with data engineering and data visualization tools, especially Power BI (Power Query and DAX).
• Knowledge of data aggregation, transformation, and security techniques in Power BI.
• Ability to combine and process data from various sources.
• Proficiency in SQL. Practical knowledge of SQL query optimization and knowledge of relational databases.
• Knowledge of using AI in Finance
• 3 years of prior experience in data analyst or similar role
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree (IT, Economy, Finance, Mathematics, Energy or related)
• Experience in change management in a finance environment is preferred
• Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry seen as an asset
• A bias for action and ability to work entrepreneurially and self‑sufficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Building strong relationships
• Fluent in Polish language
• Good spoken and written business English
