Job Description

• Providing accurate monthly financial reports for the Management in a timely manner;
• Participating in Month-End close process;
• Analyzing company’s financial reports and KPIs, providing variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.;
• Supporting Budgeting and Forecasting processes including data collection and verification, reporting package preparation;
• Budget execution control and forecast realization monitoring;
• Analyzing customer and product profitability, providing suggestions and improvement proposals;
• Developing and improving reporting to support decision making process;
• Initiating improvement projects and costs saving initiatives;
• Verification of financial data in ERP system (IFS);

Requirements

• Degree in the Finance/Accounting/Economics;
• 3-year work experience as a Financial Analyst/Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing industry;
• Accounting background;
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written - min. B2;
• IT knowledge:
  • ERP system (IFS, SAP, Comarch Xl/Optima) - mandatory requirement;
  • MS Excel - expert;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills - must have;
• Attention to the details;
• Result oriented;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Good team player;
• Project management skills;
