Job Description

• Maintain and optimise Finance Systems (D365 F&O, NetSuite, Power BI, Jet Reports, Power Apps, Blackline, Medius).
• Support end users and troubleshoot system issues.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify improvement areas and assist with solution design.
• Document processes, prepare training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
• Provide insights and advice on enhancements to finance technologies.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and system providers.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analysis and reports as needed.

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of experience in a finance systems‑focused or finance technology role (D365 F&O preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems.
• Power BI exposure and intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English is a must due to daily collaboration with global teams.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
