Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Project Finance Systems Specialist I to join our Financial Reporting and Controls team. You will manage Workday and OneStream configurations, analyze data flows, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and HR to improve reporting accuracy and automation.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting/finance, a bachelor’s degree in finance/IT, and hands-on Workday experience. This is a remote-friendly role supporting our global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in accounting, finance, or IT.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a service organization.
• Workday financials administration and configuration.
• Ability to create and analyze reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of integrated program management systems.
• Hands-on experience working with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage FreshWorks support tickets from employees and coordinate resolution within the 48-hour SLA.
• Support Workday and OneStream administration, configuration, and business process enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Analyze and document end-to-end data flows between Finance, HR, Operations, and IT systems.
• Develop report specifications identifying data relationships and source systems within Workday and OneStream.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions.
• Support month-end close activities by troubleshooting system-related issues and validating data.
