Job summary

State Street in Krakow, Poland, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting specialist to join the Global Finance Center. You will support EU regulatory reporting, data review, and governance across multiple locations, helping stakeholders deliver accurate, timely financial insights and compliant reporting.

The role requires deep knowledge of finance reporting, regulatory systems like A360, VBA/SQL, and strong project management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Finance Reporting or Finance Accounting.
  • Banking experience preferred; Regulatory Reporting experience is an advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of accounting databases such as Oracle and regulatory software such as Axiom; familiarity with Regnology systems like A360 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the specifics of GmbH entities and Irish regulations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the production of specific EU regulatory requirements within the branch and statistical team.
  • Assist in the collation and review of regulatory policies within the EMEA region.
  • Provide technical support in A360 and data coverage.
  • Support the implementation of EU regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee assigned reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in project management activities, including regulatory initiatives, data, and IT requirements.
  • Provide additional support to functional leads as needed.

You will be joining the Regulatory Reporting team in Global Finance Center Krakow (Poland), which provides a wide range of complex financial and reporting services. The team gives senior stakeholders financial tools and information they need to make an effective analyzes and transparent reporting to multiple State Street Bank locations across the world help our business partners create more effective strategic solutions and act on revenue growth opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum Salary:

zł132,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
