Job description

We are leading a strategic finance transformation program for our client, a global leader in medical technologies renowned for advancing healthcare and improving lives. We are looking for an experienced Finance Program Manager to oversee the One Finance Transformation initiative, focused on streamlining financial reporting, implementing advanced technologies, enhancing data governance, and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across regions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable business outcomes. Your Tasks

• Lead complex, cross‑functional programs to achieve objectives on time, within scope, and on budget while tracking progress using KPIs and proactively mitigating risks
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders, facilitating executive briefings, workshops, and steering committee meetings while managing expectations and resolving conflicts effectively
• Collaborate with Change Management teams to drive user adoption and organizational readiness, supporting communication and training strategies for successful implementation
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, escalating critical decisions with recommended actions and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
• Inspire collaboration and high performance across teams, conducting post‑program reviews and recommending process improvements to enhance PMO maturity

Requirements

• At least 10 years of senior project/program management experience, including managing complex, multi-project programs
• Proven experience in Finance Transformation initiatives and familiarity with Finance domains such as FP&A, BP&A, ISCF, or Controllership
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills across all organizational levelsGood command of English enabling fluent communication in an international environment
• Residing in Poland required
