A leading marketing communications group in Warsaw is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and be fluent in English. Responsibilities

• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Analyze financial performance and deviations to plan; P/L, BS.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee group month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Cooperate with external group accounting office; verify entries.
• Ensure invoices are issued on time.
• Perform hedging and authorize payments.
• Manage finance team (7-8 controllers).
• Support local business leads.

Overview

• Financial planning: develop forecasts; budgets and reports
