Job summary

Stryker is seeking motivated students for a Discover finance internship in Poland, offering a 3-month, hybrid program with at least 20 hours per week. You will apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced healthcare technology company and gain exposure to monthly closings and balance sheet reconciliations.

Fluent English is required, and you must be in the final year of a Bachelor’s or pursuing a Master’s in Finance, Accounting or Economics, with eligibility to work legally in Poland.

Qualifications

• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree
• Commitment to a 3-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week
• Must be eligible to work legally in Poland

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly closing processes including journal entry preparation
• Reconcile balance sheets accounts as assigned by management
• Provide support to teams to develop and improve existing accounting processes
