Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Finance Consultant to support international entities with financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance, and ensuring high-quality financial data for decision-making.

You will collaborate with finance teams across multiple countries, participate in audits and internal controls, and contribute to process improvement initiatives in a dynamic global finance environment. The role is on-site in Stargard, Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, or reporting functions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced MS Excel and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Finance Consultant , you will play a key role in supporting international entities by delivering financial reporting, statutory and tax compliance and ensuring high-quality financial data for decision-making. You will collaborate with finance teams across multiple countries, participate in audits and internal controls and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to global finance operations within a dynamic international environment.

This positionreports to theSenior Finance Manager andis part of theRecord 2 Report teamlocated inStargardand willbeanon-siterole.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, or reporting functions.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.

• Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.

• English proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g., OneStream).

• Financial data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting automation.

• Supporting statutory audits or tax compliance processes in an international environment.
