Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving business performance? We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing and engaged finance team on a 12-month maternity cover. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the DACH organization by providing deep financial analysis and commercial insights that influence key decisions.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to manage costs across headcount, labour, marketing, and more, leveraging SAP data to uncover trends and opportunities. This is a unique chance to combine analytical expertise with strategic impact, helping shape the future of our business. As part of an international finance community, you’ll collaborate with peers across the region and headquarters, contributing to projects that matter while enjoying the flexibility of remote work from Poland with occasional travel to Frankfurt/Main.
In this role, you will take ownership of direct cost management across the DACH markets, including headcount, labour, supply chain, marketing, and other overheads, ensuring performance is tracked and analysed in depth.
You will support the budgeting and forecasting process by building assumptions, consolidating forecasts, and guaranteeing alignment with EMEA and Group Finance requirements.
Monthly performance reviews will be a key part of your work, where you provide insightful commentaries, root cause analyses, and identify risks and opportunities.
You will also contribute to P&L optimization, prepare business cases and investment proposals, and maintain high reporting standards to ensure data accuracy. Beyond regular reporting, you will deliver ad-hoc analyses, assist with month-end closing, and support decision-making by presenting data in innovative ways that highlight trends and opportunities.
Collaboration is essential, as you will build strong relationships with market teams and provide finance support for projects, including M&A, while continuously seeking improvements and managing your own development as a proactive member of the finance team.
