Your Role
Responsibilities

As a Business Finance Partner, you will be a key advisor to business leaders, combining strategic financial thinking with modern technological solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-creating financial strategy, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting
  • Designing a financial structure aligned with the company’s operational and legal model
  • Building and implementing IT systems supporting finance (ERP, BI, automation)
  • Developing advanced reporting tools in Power BI — the tool is already implemented, but we want to unlock its full potential!
  • Implementing planning, controlling, and KPI analysis processes
  • Collaborating with business area leaders to optimize financial performance
  • Participating in month-end closing and presenting results to the board
  • Overseeing affiliated companies in Europe and the USA
We’re Looking for Someone Who
  • Holds a university degree (Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering, Management)
  • Has broad experience in financial management/controlling in international organizations — preferably in production or service sectors
  • Has solid knowledge in accounting
  • Is proficient in Business Intelligence and can develop tools in Power BI
  • Navigates ERP environments and financial process automation with ease
  • Thinks strategically and systemically, interpreting financial data effortlessly
  • Can lead implementation projects and manage stakeholders
  • Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships
  • Speaks English fluently (C1 level)
