Join our dynamic team at CBRE GWS as a Finance Analyst! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our financial operations. This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced international project and develop your finance expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Completion of Corporate month end for portfolio.
  • Supporting controllers during month end cycle, providing necessary data for accruals and other accounting data.
  • Preparation of monthly forecast with explanation for material variances.
  • Monthly billing and revenue recognition.
  • Preparation of accruals in excel and maintenance of allocation files.
  • Handling multiple requests from stakeholders.
  • Supporting the closing month of the corporate site.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Billing on the corporate site.
  • Supporting processes, including accruals, invoice allocation, and responding to queries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent English.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Finance principles.
  • At least 2+ years experience in Finance or related departments.
  • Basic knowledge of Real Estate and Project Management would be a plus.
  • Care for accuracy of the financial data.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Proper priority setting and time management – target orientated.
  • Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision when appropriate, and effectively in a complex environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • PeopleSoft/iScala knowledge would be an asset.
