Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience servicing electrical, electronic and/or mechatronic systems.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools and software.
• Engineering or technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics or electronics.
• Advanced use of diagnostic software.
• Proficient in English for technical communication.
• Willingness to work on-call.
• Willingness to work in harsh environments and at heights.
• Good computer networking skills.
• Military background is a plus.
• Strong customer-focused interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Saab’s products.
• Conduct technical investigations and on-site system control.
• Implement ad-hoc system repairs and corrective actions as first-line support for system users.
• Interface between system users and Saab’s support team.
• Support communication between system users and Saab’s team.
• Support and assist in delivering operator training for system users.
