Job description
About Us

EDRMedeso is a leading simulation and digital engineering solutions provider in Northern Europe. We help companies innovate smarter, faster, and more sustainably. As we continue expanding our market, we’re looking for a talented, experienced and resourceful Field Marketing Manager to support our efforts in the Polish market.

Role Overview

At EDRMedeso, we’re not just growing — we’re evolving. As our new Field Marketing Manager for Poland & the Baltics, you will play an important role in shaping our presence in a fast-growing market

In this role, you will have a rare opportunity to work at two levels — as an integral member of our Polish team, bringing campaigns to life on the ground, and as an active part of our global marketing organisation, sharing ideas, resources, and successes across markets. You’ll blend global strategies with local cultural insight, ensuring every initiative resonates and delivers measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity to plan and deliver impactful campaigns and memorable events that connect strategy with execution. You will blend global marketing initiatives with a deep understanding of local culture, crafting initiatives that resonate and generate real business results.

We believe change is an opportunity, not a challenge. That’s why you’ll have the freedom to experiment, measure success, and refine strategies based on solid data. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales, partners, and fellow marketers across Northern Europe and UK to build brand awareness, drive pipeline growth, and create meaningful customer engagement.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy turning insights into action, and want to be part of a team that challenges the status quo, this is your chance to make a visible impact — locally and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
📍 Field Marketing
  • Plan, budget, and execute tradeshows, seminars, and partner events in Poland, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and onsite support for events.
  • Develop pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
🎯 Localisation & Content Adaptation
  • Adapt global and regional content into culturally and linguistically relevant material for the Polish market.
  • Create and adapt visuals, presentations, and brochures for events and campaigns
🚀 Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness
  • Develop and coordinate Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns targeting Poland, focusing on lead generation and engagement.
  • Create and coordinate organic and paid social media content, leveraging existing materials and new ideas.
📊 Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
  • Maintain dashboards for KPIs such as lead quality, campaign ROI, and event-generated opportunities.
  • Provide insights to sales and marketing management to continuously improve strategies.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, B2B Marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing physical and virtual events in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot/Salesforce).
  • Strong skills in localisation and cultural adaptation of marketing content.
  • Experience working with sales teams to align marketing with pipeline growth.
  • KPI Reporting: Experience summarizing marketing activity performance for management teams.
  • Fluent Polish speaker with professional English proficiency.
  • Basic design adaptation skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe).
  • Organised and proactive, with self-driven initiative to identify marketing gaps or opportunities.
  • Experience working in international cross-functional teams (sales, technical, marketing).
What We Offer
  • A collaborative, international team environment.
  • Opportunities to shape local strategy and campaign execution.
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
