Job summary

Spectro Cloud in Wroclaw, Poland, seeks a Sr. Forward Deployed Solution Engineer to translate business goals into deployable architectures and build the automation needed for production-ready deployments across Kubernetes, cloud, edge, and GPU systems.

You will work hands-on, shaping deployments, sharing technical guidance with customers, and driving adoption while collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve repeatability and scalability of future engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field is required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in software/infra engineering or customer-facing tech roles.
• Production experience with designing, deploying, upgrading Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native apps.
• Strong Linux and distributed-systems fundamentals, including networking, storage and security.
• Proficiency in Go or Python and production-quality coding.
• Hands-on IaC/config automation with Terraform, Ansible, Cluster API, Helm, Kustomize.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or GitOps with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, Flux.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes security, multi-tenancy, RBAC, namespaces, network policy, quotas, and secrets.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer outcomes into deployable architectures and build the automation to realize them.
• Guide deployments from initial capability to production readiness and scaled adoption.
• Collaborate across Palette/PaletteAI, Kubernetes, cloud, edge, GPU systems, data pipelines, and networking to deliver repeatable deployments.
• Capture learnings to improve Product and Engineering for faster, standardized future deployments.
