What this job involves
Front Desk / Customer Service
  • Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public to the appropriate staff or facility member.
  • Receive, direct, and relay telephone, email, and other queries promptly and professionally.
  • Administer parking spaces for visitors and employees (where applicable).
  • Arrange taxis and other transportation for client staff and visitors as requested.
  • Book onsite meeting rooms and hospitality according to site procedures and client requests.
  • Register and distribute incoming and outgoing documents and mail according to local procedures.
  • Support the coordination of local events, visits, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and act as the first point of contact for all front desk enquiries.
Facilities Support / Site Operations
  • Manage incoming requests via the Facilities Helpdesk and log, track, and close tickets in ServiceNow and Corrigo systems.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair works.
  • Conduct daily checks of meeting rooms, offices, and communal areas, ensuring a professional and well‑maintained environment.
  • Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies in line with agreed inventory levels.
  • Assist with office moves, seating plans, and workplace setup as required.
  • Support workplace projects, fit‑outs, and other operational activities under the supervision of the Workplace Manager.
  • Ensure accurate handover and documentation for all assigned responsibilities during absences.
HSE, Security & Quality
  • Liaise with site managing agents, building management, and security teams.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness and ensure compliance with emergency evacuation and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Issue ID and access badges for employees, vendors, and visitors, maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor and maintain consumables related to office and access control systems.
  • Maintain and regularly audit the visitor and contractor sign‑in logs.
  • Conduct site inductions for new starters and act as the first line of support for any workplace or safety concerns.
  • Actively support JLL’s Quality Management and HSE programs.
