Job summary

Good Looking Studio in Warsaw is hiring a Construction and Painting Specialist for ongoing mural projects. You will prepare walls and facades, install and dismantle structures, and work at heights using lifts and scaffolding.

The role requires willingness to travel across Poland, a B license for large vehicles, and painting technique knowledge. We offer long-term collaboration, weekend work with additional compensation, and health plan access after initial onboarding.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday–Friday, with willingness to work weekends.
• Willingness to travel within Poland (occasional trips abroad possible).
• Knowledge of building materials, tools and equipment.
• A Class B driver's license and ability to drive a large vehicle (Iveco Daily 3.5).
• Willingness to work at heights.
• Knowledge of paints and painting techniques.
• Ability to perform simple repairs (e.g., leveling walls or patching holes).
• Flexibility to adapt to sudden project changes (weather, client decisions, or admin issues).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Punctuality and commitment.
• Nice-to-have: electrician's license up to 1 kV.
• Certification to work at heights over 3 meters.
• Technical education.
• Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Preparing walls and facades for mural installation.
• Working at heights using lifts, scaffolding, and other access systems.
• Cleaning, painting over, and performing minor surface repairs.
• Transporting, delivering, and picking up equipment and materials necessary for project implementation.
• Installing and dismantling structures and technical components on facades.
• Collaborating with subcontractors, artists, and members of the Technical Department.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, particularly during work performed at heights.
