You will oversee the consolidation of data from multiple ERP systems into Microsoft Fabric and drive data quality, performance, and reliability across the organization.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse.
• Proven expertise in enterprise data warehousing, data modeling and integration architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating external vendors.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take technical ownership of the Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse environment, ensuring its reliability, scalability and performance.
• Oversee the ongoing migration and consolidation of data from multiple ERP systems into Microsoft Fabric.
• Understand and optimize end-to-end data flows, integration patterns and data structures across the manufacturing business.
• Review existing data architecture and identify opportunities for technical improvements and optimization.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across different ERP systems and business functions.
• Lead and support a team of three data professionals, providing technical guidance and setting priorities.
• Coordinate external technology vendors, review technical deliverables and ensure solutions reflect actual business processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance and other business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage the existing data platform for advanced analytics, automation and future AI-enabled solutions.
