CD PROJEKT RED is seeking an External Development Producer in Warsaw to ensure high-quality delivery of external and internal projects while building strong ties with partners.

You will coordinate milestone deliveries, review progress with senior stakeholders, and support production workflows across teams. The role requires strong English and excellent organizational skills in a hybrid Warsaw setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager or Release Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience on AAA titles or innovative mobile titles.
• Proven ability to work across teams in a game development life cycle.
• Knowledge of game development processes and production tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and tracking skills.

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an External Development Producer to ensure high-quality delivery of external and internal projects while forging strong ties with external partners. If you are well-organized and efficient in working across teams and you want to redirect your skills to working with 3rd party partners on some of the greatest games, we have a job for you!

Daily Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the development team to support milestone deliveries and console submissions.
• Reviewing product milestones and providing feedback to the development team, in collaboration with senior production stakeholders.
• Supporting the implementation and day-to-day use of development processes, tools, and workflows throughout the project.
• Identifying project risks and issues, escalating them when needed, and supporting mitigation activities.
• Coordinating plans and dependencies between teams to help maintain an effective task flow.
• Supporting clear and timely communication between external partners, stakeholders, and the development team.
• Supporting business and legal processes by providing relevant production information and assisting with budgets, contracts, and related documentation.
• Working closely with development teams to coordinate and prepare builds for external partners.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager or Release Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience in working on complex game projects, including AAA titles or innovative mobile titles.
• Proven ability to effectively work across teams involved in a game development life cycle.
• Knowledge of the game development and production processes.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and tools.
• Broad knowledge of global gaming trends and player expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-orientation with very strong organisational and tracking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and familiarity with common industry terminology.

Estimated pay range for this position: 10 700 – 19 000 PLN gross monthly.
