Job summary

Aramco Fuels Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a production accounting specialist to oversee SAP-based processes within our refinery/fuel operations in Poland.

You will analyze quality parameters, respond to product quality complaints, and prepare data and reports for management needs. The ideal candidate has a master's degree in engineering or chemistry, at least five years in the refining/fuel sector, fluent English, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or chemistry, with technical focus.
• At least 5 years of experience in the refining/fuel industry.
• Very good MS Excel and Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent English; ability to work independently, analytically and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Production accounting in the SAP system.
• Analyze quality parameters of raw materials and products.
• Review quality complaints about products.
• Prepare analyses and reports for current company needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• higher education Master's/engineering, preferred field: chemistry, technical;
• minimum 5 years of experience in the refining/fuel industry Knowledge in the area of refinery production and quality of petroleum fuels and biocomponents;
• Knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage;
• knowledge of the classification of Combined Nomenclature codes (CN, PKWiU)
• fluent knowledge of English;
• very good skills in using the Office package (especially MS Excel);
• independence in action, analytical and negotiation skills;
• willingness to self-development and participation in industry training.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

• production accounting in the SAP system;
