Bending Spoons is looking for a motivated individual to join our Warsaw/Madrid-based team. You will organize company events, coordinate travel, and partner with recruiting to deliver a great candidate experience while strengthening our unique culture and using AI to optimize operations.

Our role demands on-site presence and strong communication in English, with relocation support and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment designed for rapid growth.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Run company events. Organize company-wide events and team-building activities, from early brainstorming and venue research to logistics and on-site execution.
• Coordinate business travel. Manage business travel across the company, ensuring every trip is planned efficiently and runs smoothly.
• Support recruiting initiatives. Partner with the Talent team to organize hiring events and deliver a great experience for external participants and Spooners.
• Strengthen company culture. Propose and drive initiatives that reinforce our culture by creating opportunities for connection, including events for Spooners and their families.
• Leverage AI to improve operations. Use AI tools to streamline event planning, travel coordination, and workplace operations, automating repetitive tasks and freeing up time to focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Support day-to-day operations. Be the point of reference for on-site and remote Spooners, handling day-to-day requests and supporting new hires through relocation and onboarding to ensure they get started effectively.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typical annual salary offers range from £47,660 to £68,579 in London and from €46,027 to €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. The lower end of these ranges applies to candidates with little or no relevant experience, while exceptionally experienced candidates may receive offers of up to £151,436 in London or €145,430 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process.
