European Demand Planner for Forecast & Analytics

Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków, part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, is building a Central European Demand Planning team. You will join 1-3 European operating companies and provide weekly statistical forecasts from planning models, contributing to a reliable Demand Plan.

You'll collect and prepare demand factors, assist in forecast stability checks, and support Business Building and Demand Review meetings. The role emphasizes data quality, routine analyses, and collaboration with local planning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2 years work experience in demand planning, ML forecasting, or supply chain management.
• Experience working for a multinational organization; FMCG / Beverage industry preferred.
• Functional skills: supply chain planning, Microsoft Office, experience with Blue Yonder or FuturMaster (preferred).
• Advanced English skills; second language is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Validate master and transactional data, update demand causal factors, and support DFUs/NPI lifecycle.
• Review and validate generated ML or statistical forecast by assisting stability checks and cleansing.
• Document demand factors included in the ML forecast to support enrichment activities.
• Provide support to operating companies for BB and DR meetings and attend meetings to answer ML forecast questions.
• Share observed causal factor trends, market insights, and input on scenarios and R&O discussions with Data Science and operating companies.
• Track forecast performance by preparing KPI and PPI reports; support weekly/monthly performance meetings with operating companies.
• Ensure adherence to Hub cadence; escalate data issues and risks to the Demand Planning Manager.
