Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Warsaw seeks a seasoned programme leader to shape regional priorities across Europe. You will drive strategic initiatives, mobilise teams and translate priorities into structured workplans, governance, and delivery roadmaps.

The role focuses on improving governance, operations and AI-enabled ways of working to enhance productivity and impact. You will coordinate regional leadership forums, manage risks and dependencies, and build trusted relationships across Markets, Industries

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex strategic initiatives, PMOs or transformation programmes within professional services or similar fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with practical experience or strong interest in applying them to improve productivity, collaboration and decision-making.
• Strong project and programme management capability, including planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, dependency management and risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to prepare executive presentations, briefing papers and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives across Europe.
• Lead the planning and delivery of high-priority regional initiatives from mobilisation through implementation, translating priorities into structured workplans, governance frameworks and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate regional leadership forums, steering committees and working groups with agendas, briefings and progress updates; ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance, operations and scalability across Europe with clear playbooks and reporting.
• Support AI-enabled transformation by coordinating adoption activities and partnering with technology and enablement teams.
• Develop communications, leadership updates and change messaging to help colleagues understand regional priorities and enable collaboration across Markets, Industries and corporate functions.
• Actively contribute to the Europe Business Impact Team through sharing best practices and helping establish consistent ways of working across the region.
