Our client, a new Silicon Valley based profitable B2C product startup building innovative mobile solutions for the planet, is now looking for a talented Product Manager to join its expanding team.

Based in Silicon Valley and backed by top-tier venture capital, we're a mobile innovation company delivering breakthrough consumer products that connect people across the globe. The flagship VPN app has over 10 million monthly active users, and the newly launched eSIM product is redefining how people access mobile connectivity around the world. With a growing portfolio and new products in development, we're expanding quickly and looking for exceptional talent to join us.

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and accelerate the growth of our eSIM product, driving acquisition, retention, and monetization in close partnership with the Growth team. You'll define and execute the eSIM roadmap, optimize the user journey from activation to long-term engagement, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and data to scale performance. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, growth, and user experience. You'll report directly to the Head of Product, turning insights, data, and creativity into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution
  • Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the eSIM business.
  • Own the end-to-end eSIM user journey, with a focus on activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and user needs.
  • Translate growth goals into clear product requirements, success metrics, and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver seamless, high-quality product experiences.
  • Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, CAC, ROAS, activation rate, and churn.
Growth Collaboration
  • Partner with Growth, Performance Marketing, and Data teams to experiment and scale acquisition strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing to improve pricing, onboarding flows, and user engagement.
  • Translate marketing learnings into product improvements that enhance conversion and retention.
  • Develop in-product growth loops, referral mechanics, and UX optimizations to drive adoption.
  • Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) plans for new regions, pricing tiers, and promotional campaigns.
Cross-functional Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Set and track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely launches.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, maintaining clear and proactive stakeholder communication.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 3 -5+ years of Product Management experience in mobile apps, e-commerce, growth.
  • Proven success launching or scaling growth-focused consumer mobile products.
  • Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and iterative product development.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Google Analytics, and Figma.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with precision.
  • Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or above).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with telecom, eSIM, or subscription-based mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics and monetization models.
  • Skilled in user segmentation, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating closely with UA, lifecycle marketing, and design teams.
  • Passion for mobile technology, connectivity, and global-scale consumer products
