Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated customer cases via phone and chat with empathy and accuracy.
• Use internal tools and translation tech to assist customers across markets.
• Resolve complex queries on bookings, changes, refunds, and more.
• Document interactions clearly within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team leaders and tech teams to improve service.
• Support a high-performance, digital-first support culture.
• Daily customer interaction via phone and chat; shifts include weekends/evenings.
