Build AI B2B Products | 3-Month Intensive | Remote

UpXcale is looking for the next generation of AI builders and business operators. This is a combined application for our 3-month Entrepreneur Program and the subsequent 6-month Founder-in-Residence (FiR) track.

Program Details
  • Duration: 3 Months (February 15 – May 15)
  • Application Deadline: January 31
  • Format: 100% Remote
  • Commitment: 10–15 hours per week
  • Program Fee: €490 (One-time)

Tasks
  1. Program overview

Build a real AI B2B product in 3 months — with weekly masterclasses, 1:1 support, and hands‑on execution.

UpXcale’s Entrepreneur Program is an intense, practice‑first experience for aspiring founders and entrepreneurial operators. Over 3 months, you’ll learn entrepreneurship by doing: you will build and market a AI-based B2B products while being guided by successful entrepreneurs and experts through weekly masterclasses and individual sessions.

You’ll work individually and in teams, moving from problem selection to prototype, to go‑to‑market, to early customer traction.

Typical product directions include:

  • Intelligent B2B chatbots
  • AI personal assistants for specific workflows
  • AI copilots for operations, sales enablement, customer support, HR, finance, etc. (various markets)

After the program: high‑performing participants may be invited to a 6‑month Founder‑in‑Residence role, with the possibility to receive equity afterward (based on outcomes and fit).

  1. Program Structure (3 Months)

A) General Track (Entrepreneurship in Practice)

You’ll learn the practical foundations of entrepreneurship, including:

  • Company formation & registration basics
  • Business setup & organization (roles, routines, documentation, tools)
  • Financing & funding fundamentals (bootstrapping, pricing, grants/investors)
  • Legal/contract basics (B2B realities, compliance considerations)
  • Market selection & validation
  • Customer discovery & problem framing
  • MVP design and iteration
  • Go‑to‑market execution (positioning, distribution, sales motion)

B) Focus Track (Choose 1 Track)

Pick one focus area to deepen your skills while still participating in the full build:

  1. Product & Tech
  • MVP scoping, prototyping, AI workflow design, evaluation, iteration
  1. Marketing & Sales
  • Positioning, SEO & GEO, messaging & content, lead gen, outbound/inbound experiments, sales pipeline
  1. Organization & Business Development
  • Partnerships, ops, processes, business modeling, internal systems, strategy

Weekly Rhythm (Simple, Clear Format)

  • Weekly masterclass with entrepreneurs/experts
  • Individual sessions (1:1 / small‑group) for feedback and accountability
  • Build sprints (product + go‑to‑market experiments)
  • Group work (peer teams, critique sessions, shared execution)

Outcome by the end: a built product + a live market test (marketing/sales experiments) + a clear next step plan.
