Citigroup Inc. in Poland is seeking an Analyst for Entity Data Management (EDM) within Master Reference Data. The role centers on collecting, verifying and updating information on legal entities to keep data accurate and compliant.

You will search official registries and company sites, review data quality, and contribute to local and global projects. The position offers hybrid work (up to 2 days home) and a competitive base salary with a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• English at a very good level (written and spoken).
• The ability to make decisions based on the conducted analysis in English.
• Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheet.
• The ability to work with documents and texts and provide conclusions.
• Communication skills - the ability to run teleconferences and email correspondence with the global partners.
• Ability to manage time and tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Search of legal entities information using Google, official companies’ websites, country registry etc.
• Verification of collected information with regards to its credibility
• Update of the Bank’s data base in line with the internal procedures
• Participation in local and global projects
