Position Overview

ING Hubs Poland is hiring for the role of Enterprise Security Architect (Architect IV/Architect V). The expected salary range is 22700 – 35000PLN gross per year.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into architecture designs.
• Provide short‑term and long‑term architectures and align roadmaps with architecture designs.
• Actively monitor market trends and mature architecture designs based on industry best practices.
• Act as a bridge between security operations, enterprise architecture, and senior stakeholders.
• Design and develop security detection and response capabilities in complex enterprise environments.
• Shape and improve the technical architecture of SOC capabilities, ensuring high detection quality, effective response mechanisms, and alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of work experience in IT security, including a minimum of 3 years in a security architecture role.
• Previous experience in the financial services sector or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of the Security Monitoring Technology Landscape (SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, NDR, EDR/XDR) with hands‑on design and implementation experience.
• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and practical applications of AI/ML in the modern SOC.
• Ability to interpret regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of risk management principles and experience in conducting and supporting risk assessments.
• Ability to integrate security tooling across network, endpoint, cloud and identity layers.
• End‑to‑end security architecture perspective (prevent → detect → respond → recover).
• Ability to write security architecture documentation and present to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Focus on detection quality and business relevance, not tool‑driven security.
• English level – C1.
• Certifications in architecture and security (TOGAF or ArchiMate or SABSA and CISSP or CISA or CISM).
• Extra points for experience with Cloud and SaaS monitoring (Azure, GCP).
