Job summary

IAG GBS Poland is seeking a Master Data Management specialist focused on Vendor Master Data. You will validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness for reporting, budgeting and forecasting, supporting the Enterprise Data Team and SAP MDG/S4Hana processes.

Responsibilities include onboarding, changes, deactivation and blocking of SAP master data, handling requests from Guided Buying in SAP Ariba, and collaborating with Finance to maintain data quality in a fast-paced SSC/GBS

Qualifications

• Finance, Accounting or relevant degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English; good knowledge of Spanish would be an asset
• Ability to priorities and maintain clear focus in constant ambiguity and change
• Effective team-working skills and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP/ Ariba would be an asset
• Analytical and lateral thinking skills and attention to details
• 1 year of experience in an international environment (SSC/GBS)
• Master Data experience would be an asset

• Day to day Master Data Management Processes (Vendor Master Data Management). Validate data, ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data for management reporting and planning, budgeting and forecasting purposes across IAG.
• Assistance to Enterprise Data Specialist, Enterprise Data Team Lead and Manager.
• Process requests from Guided Buying in SLP (SAP Ariba), SAP MDG and S4Hana in accordance with Master Data policy and procedure.
• Execute changes to SAP master data (on boarding, changes, deactivation, blocking) as approved by the business.
