Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA in Poland seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the data strategy and enterprise architecture efforts. You will shape the data landscape across business units, ensuring secure, scalable designs and meaningful business value.

Join a data architecture team tasked with holistic governance, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering architectural artifacts within Nordea’s delivery process. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Data Architecture.
• 5+ years of architecture experience in Financial Services.
• Ability to design and drive domain/service architecture in complex landscapes.
• Strong collaboration and influence skills across business and technology.
• Excellent ability to communicate architectural options and consequences clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design blueprint for enterprise implementation of data strategy and initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to align business strategy with secure, scalable architecture.
• Provide solution design and architectural artifacts as part of delivery process.
• Review solution designs and architectural artifacts for quality and consistency.
• Support data-related transitions toward Data Products.

About our team

Meet the Data Architecture team. Our role is to provide a holistic view and framework for data architecture, while working closely with our colleagues in the business areas to secure that our designs are effective and enable business value.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Designing blueprint for enterprise implementation of enablers for Nordea’s Data Strategy and strategic initiatives in Group Data Management
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand the business strategy and design a secure scalable enterprise architecture accordingly
• Providing solution design and architectural artifacts as part of Nordea’s delivery process
• Reviewing solution design and architectural artifacts.
• Supporting SA Data in transitioning towards Data Products

Who you are

This is the right role for you if want to put your mark on Nordea’s data landscape by driving Enterprise Architecture in Service Area Data delivering Products and Data Product Enablers.

Your background and skills include:

• 5+ years of related work experience in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture and associated disciplines
• 5+ years of experience from architecture in Financial Services
• Demonstrated ability to design and drive domain and/or service architecture in complex solution and business landscape
• You have strong collaboration and influence skills across business and technology
• Strong ability to communicate architectural options and consequences in a clear and understandable way

It would be ideal if you also:

• Work with Data Products or Data Architecture in general
