Job summary

Sportradar AG in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Scout Admin team to lead the core platform that powers scouts, events, and data collection workflows. You will guide and mentor engineers, ensuring high-quality outcomes while advancing architectural excellence and product delivery.

You will coach engineers, balance hands-on coding with system design, and partner with Product, Analytics, DevOps, Security and Design to deliver scalable, reliable real-time data solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on software development experience with large-scale systems.
• Strong people management and technical leadership background.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SDLC and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with AWS, Java/Kotlin, and Kubernetes.
