Ironwall is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the software engineering team, shaping architecture and partnering with Product to ship impactful features. This role combines people leadership with technical judgement to build secure, scalable systems.

You will mentor engineers, drive career growth, balance feature delivery with debt reduction, and collaborate across Product, Design, and the business to define priorities and the roadmap.
