Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in London is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering delivery across prestigious commercial buildings. You will head a 12-person team and drive performance, reliability and compliance while expanding services to additional sites.

Successful candidates will have proven leadership in engineering, strong knowledge of building services and Hard FM, and a track record of delivering cost efficiencies for large, complex buildings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or senior engineering leader.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services and Hard FM.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Track record of improving performance and identifying cost efficiencies.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills.

• Experience within large or complex commercial buildings would be advantageous.

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong technical background in building services and Hard FM? We’re recruiting for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering delivery across prestigious commercial buildings in London. With the operation expanding from one building to two, this is an excellent opportunity to lead a 12-person engineering team, improve performance and identify opportunities to deliver efficiencies and cost savings.

The Role

As the Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of 12 engineering professionals.
• Oversee Hard FM and building services engineering delivery.
• Drive engineering performance, reliability and compliance.
• Identify efficiencies and deliver sustainable cost savings.
• Support the expansion of engineering services across additional buildings.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

About You

To be successful as the Engineering Manager, you’ll have:
