Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an engineering manager to lead productizing Deep Learning models and guide a global team in a multifaceted, product-centric environment. You will mentor engineers, interact with NVidia partners, and own roadmap-aligned activities for optimized DL algorithms and related R&D duties.

You will plan and lead projects, collaborate with various internal teams, and travel occasionally to conferences or customer sites while building a world‑class team and driving performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years total experience, incl. 3+ years in management/leadership.
• Proven track record leading multiple software engineering projects.
• Strong algorithms and deep learning skills or equivalent experience.
• Excellent programming, debugging, performance analysis and test design skills.
• Clear and effective communication across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-location projects and partnerships.
