Job summary

Devsorb in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Web Development team. You will shape architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and operations to deliver robust software solutions.

The role requires 6+ years of software development, proficiency in Python, PHP, NodeJS or Java, and experience with APIs, Agile practices, and cloud tooling. You’ll drive refactoring toward service-oriented design and champion quality, scalability, and fast delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PHP, NodeJS or Java.
• Ability to adapt to new programming languages and APIs.
• Experience with Agile software delivery and SDLC best practices.
• Mentor and lead engineering teams toward best practices.

• Salary range: $80k to $100k (Based on your experience).
• Working days: Weekly 05 days. Sunday To Thursday. 09 AM to 06 PM.(Launch Break 01 Hour)
