Job summary

SINGU is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one or more product development teams within SINGU Group. You’ll own the people side of engineering and the delivery side, while collaborating with Product, Design and Platform Engineering to keep work moving smoothly.

The Head of Software Engineering will set the direction; you’ll execute day-to-day with your teams and drive modern engineering practices, metrics, and AI-assisted tooling adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Software Engineers and Tech Leads across your team(s).
• Own the full people lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, mentorship, feedback, performance reviews, promotions, and exits.
• Build a culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Balance staffing across teams, reallocating engineers as delivery needs shift.
• Own on-time, high-quality delivery of product features, working hand-in-hand with Product and Design.
• Align with Technical Account Managers to keep delivery on track with customer commitments.
• Spot and clear the bottlenecks that slow teams down.
• Champion group-wide SDLC standards and modern engineering practices — scalable architecture, secure coding, automation.
• Push for better code quality, reliability, and testing discipline across your teams.
• Partner with the Chief Architect on architectural direction.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Define and track engineering metrics with the Head of Software Engineering.
• Create space for experimentation — the standards should keep rising, not stay static.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Technical Account Managers on roadmaps and prioritization.
• Coordinate with Platform Engineering on QA automation, DevOps, and data/reporting initiatives.
• Build real relationships with fellow Engineering Managers across SINGU Group — share what works, align on common practices.
• Join regular sessions (online and on-site) across SINGU locations to stay aligned and connected; some travel is part of the role.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one or more product development teams within SINGU Group. This is a role built on trust — you'll own the people side of engineering (hiring, growth, performance) and the delivery side (shipping high-quality software on time), while working closely with Product, Design, and Platform Engineering to keep things moving.

What You'll Do

People Leadership & Team Development

• Manage and grow Software Engineers and Tech Leads across your team(s)
