A global automation solutions provider in Katowice seeks a Technical Support Engineer. You will provide remote support for customers while collaborating with technical teams. Candidates should have a background in IT, automation, or electronics, with experience in problem-solving and customer communication. Very good English and Russian/Belarusian/Ukrainian are required. The position offers a hybrid work model and includes extensive training and professional development opportunities.
We provide remote technical support to Rockwell Automation customers around the world. 200 engineers communicate with customers in 20 languages.
We work in hybrid mode from our office located in Katowice (after the trial period ends), from Monday to Friday between 6-17 (8 work hours).
Support line dedicated to EMEA customers.
On this role you will report to Team Leader located in Katowice.
