Responsibilities

• Provide support for HCP/HCO onboarding and activity requests.
• Manage contract amendments and handle complex scenarios.
• Facilitate HCP travel requests.

Skills

3+ years of experience in healthcare provider engagements

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Ukrainian

Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory requirements

Excellent professional communication skills

Experience with contract templates

Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
