Job summary

E&C Consultants in Wrocław is looking for an open-minded student to join our team. You will save energy invoices, input data into our database and Excel files, and support Financial Controllers for clients across different countries.

The role offers flexibility, English practice, onboarding at our Wrocław Plac Solny office, and a mandate-based contract through end of 2026.

Qualifications

• A student with active student status and willingness to work, available at least 20H a week (Mon-Fri).
• Remote work is possible, but onboarding at our Wroclaw office is required.
• English speaker (at least intermediate), other languages are a plus.
• Fast learner who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate and precise with a good eye for details.
• Very well organized with a proactive approach.
• Numbers and figures enthusiast.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office package.

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for correct and timely saving of energy invoices and for the input of data from these invoices to our database and Excel files;

• You will work closely with Financial Controllers providing administrative support and serving various clients in different countries.
